These projects reflect my ability to lead learning system adoption across multiple touchpoints—bringing clarity to complex tools, supporting adult users through behavior-informed design, and aligning digital platforms to performance goals. Each artifact highlights a different phase of learning system work: from strategy and evidence use to user training and stakeholder communication. Together, they demonstrate how I translate platform vision into actionable, scalable tools that empower confident use, foster trust, and drive learner outcomes.
4th Annual Competency-Based Education Summit | May 2025
I designed and led this session for the 2025 Competency-Based Education Summit to showcase how learner data from Empower LMS can power agile instructional strategy. Co-presented with the Executive Director of Client Services from Empower and supported by district leadership, the session illustrated how digital data views can guide performance-based grouping, align progress assessments to performance expectations, and streamline evaluation cycles across instructional teams.
Slides 16–21 featured real-time screen captures that demonstrated how to identify growth trends, increase standards alignment, and make clarity-driven decisions using LMS-integrated tools. This project reflects my ability to lead system-level learning design and connect instructional strategy to data architecture in a way that directly supports team decisions and learner performance.

“Our LMS wasn’t just a storage space. It became a tool for real-time instructional decisions and learner responsiveness.”

This data story highlights how our secondary ELA team used Empower LMS analytics to improve alignment, elevate learner performance, and support targeted planning across grades 9–12. As instructional coach, I facilitated the use of platform-sourced progress data to help teams recognize learning gaps, adjust instruction in real time, and implement feedback loops that tied directly to performance expectations.
By visualizing learner trends and connecting platform reports to outcome benchmarks, we moved beyond static grading to create a dynamic system of response and improvement. This initiative demonstrates how LMS tools, when paired with clarity and collaboration, can drive measurable impact at scale.
“When teams can see the story behind the numbers, change becomes possible. This was about turning LMS data into measurable growth.”
Springdale Public Schools (Host: Sonora Middle School) | Spring 2024
I developed and facilitated this LMS onboarding session to support a neighboring school’s transition to Empower. The training focused on navigation, grading logic, and platform-aligned progress tracking—grounded in real implementation experience from our own rollout. I customized the session to address user concerns, guided participants through common workflows, and followed up with on-demand support to reinforce adoption.
This artifact demonstrates my ability to design responsive training aligned to organizational goals, and to support successful platform adoption through targeted communication, user enablement, and workflow clarity.
“Training only works when it’s responsive. This wasn’t a presentation—it was a partnership for practical rollout success.”
Don Tyson School of Innovation | Internal Training Tool, 2023–2024
This short-format screencast was created as part of a microlearning strategy to support more consistent, standards-based reporting across instructional teams. It modeled how to analyze learner performance trends within Empower LMS, use built-in estimators for outcome judgment, and align reporting decisions with platform evidence.
Designed to be embedded in weekly staff updates, this resource offered just-in-time support without requiring formal PD time. It reflects my ability to develop efficient, user-centered training that builds confidence, reduces variability, and strengthens system alignment—at scale.

“Sometimes the best training isn’t a session—it’s a 3-minute walkthrough that answers the question right when it matters.”

To support families during our school’s LMS transition, I designed this step-by-step guide to increase system transparency and user confidence. The resource included login instructions, annotated dashboard visuals, explanations of performance scales, and suggestions for how caregivers could support learner growth at home.
Originally tailored to our school community, the guide was later shared across multiple campuses. This project highlights my ability to create inclusive tools that reduce confusion, foster trust, and equip stakeholders with the clarity needed to navigate change.
“Tech adoption isn’t just about users—it’s about trust. Stakeholders need to feel confident in the system before they can engage with it.”
